The patented design features a unique bristle pattern and density combination that grips the skin in a precise way, targeting the superficial lymph vessels residing just under the skin. When combined with specialized techniques, it mimics the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and stimulate lymph flow.
The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact with the surface of the skin and accurate alignment with the lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways.
Although they appear the same, the small and large brush bristles differ slightly to provide appropriate pressure from head to toe. The bristles are soft, but durable. They won’t scratch, irritate, or damage sensitive and fragile skin types.

This review is before I received the product, the lymphatic brush combo… which I am looking forward to with both confidence and anticipation~ but first. A note about my experience with the Cecily Braden company. I knew I wanted to work with lymphatic drainage for many reasons: general well being, remediation and prevention, body support and love, so I began looking into lymphatic brushes and came across this company, which from all reviews and best practices, was at the forefront of integrity for self care and product development/function. There is a plethora of alternatives out “there” on the internets, some of whom lack integrity with regards to their products and claims. That is not my experience with Cecily Braden. The reviews and supports and videos within this company and about it speak for themselves. I chose to purchase the combo with every bit of confidence, fully knowing it was back ordered, but willing to wait for a product and company I could trust. For me, it is always about trust and integrity. I reached out to CB, to check on order status and received a very rapid and kind response, with a Real Person who cared about my query and both wanted to and chose to call me ON THE PHONE, no less. All is well, my product on the way, but the personable and kind response to me once again, says everything about who, yes WHO this company IS and wishes to be in the world of best product and customer support. I absolutely love the brushes! It’s changing my life!
I saw knock offs on Instagram and I was interested because I am 51 and my lymph is not moving like it used to. I am having issues with numerous tendons and puffiness, as well as high blood pressure. I am a nutritionist and Ayurvedic practitioner – I have known about the importance of moving the lymph for 30 years now- and I have done a lot of lymphasizing. I used a Gua Sha and we were taught to really get your blood moving- to use it with a lot of pressure. However, that always hurt so I ended up doing it far less frequently than I would have liked to. When I saw the ads for the brushes on instagram, I started researching online and found your product, with videos of people doing it right (toward the heart) …. So I bought the big one and the little one.
Also, I have always had neck issues- tightness, pain. And even though I work out and practice yoga, it only helps a little with the neck issues. Well, your brushes taught me something huge because when I started using them, my neck pain went away! From light brushing! How is that possible?
Side note- as part of my menopause journey, I discovered that I have ADHD (had it my entire life- so much is making sence now!) In one of your videos, you mention that brushing your neck will relax the vagus nerve…BAM that’s what’s happening. My vagus nerve is finally relaxing (after decades!) Now I am like a kitty rubbing my neck into the brush- remembering to not apply pressure (great mantra for me!) I feel so good. Plus it completely drains my lymph and makes my face feel and look great. I can feel the “puff- down” literally happen.

The large (grande) is best for the neck and jawline, which are the most essential lymphatic pathways when it comes to clear, vibrant skin and brain health. The neck is the “super highway” and should be the first step in your facial routine, especially if you hold tension in your neck. The small (petite) is best for the more intricate areas around the eyes and nose and for those with compromised and delicate skin.

The cheap copies you see on Tik Tok shop are counterfeits and are not precisely engineered to work with the superficial lymphatic vessel system to achieve effective results. They are merely gloried make-up brushes using our photos to make it appear they are the same. Use caution as the bristles shed, are from animal hair or unknown synthetics and may lead to allergies and/or skin sensitivities. They break easy and end up in a landfill. If you can only get one, get the small one. The combo is the best deal.. This product is truly amazing. It has helped to transform many of customers jawlines and overall skin health. Have had my brush set for a few days. Use them when I get up while waiting for coffee and before I go to sleep. The nodules are brilliant. I downloaded the maps but my body tells me how to use them. I can feel tender spots dissipate with patient and gentle use. I’m amazed and love them so much I’m thinking about a second set for my office as a way to relax and reground.
