TLB Small + Large
There is a misconception that the small is for face and the large for the body. The large brush is about 75% of the facial protocol and best for the neck and jawline, which is the most important when it comes to affecting the health of the skin on the face, including puffy eyes, dark circles, acne and any inflammation. It can also be used for forehead, scalp and full body.

The patented design features a unique bristle pattern and density combination that grips the skin in a precise way, targeting the superficial lymph vessels residing just under the skin. When combined with specialized techniques, it mimics the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and stimulate lymph flow.
The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact with the surface of the skin and accurate alignment with the lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways.
Although they appear the same, the small and large brush bristles differ slightly to provide appropriate pressure from head to toe. The bristles are soft, but durable. They won’t scratch, irritate, or damage sensitive and fragile skin types.

Use caution and alter treatment if you have,
- Bronchitis: don’t use directly over sternum
- Menstruation: can make period heavier
- Nevus (Raised Mole): work around
- Low Blood Pressure: be careful of over-use, do shorter sessions
- Hyperactive Thyroid: do not work on thyroid directly
Do not use if you have,
- Active cancer
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Acute infection or inflammation

Thank you for your feedback. I’m thrilled your having great results. For the excess fluid along your chin, I recommend focusing on the area “behind, below and in front” of your ear. This is a common area where fluids build-up and can block the flow from the chin and face. I recommend the large brush to work this area due to the additional textured bristles and density. I’m having great results with the brushes particularly on my neck. I had a lot of fluid buildup on my neck and chin giving me a bullfrog neck appearance and since I Started using the brushes my neck is back to normal. I still have a bit of chin fat but nothing like before. My only complaint is that my skin has started flaking a lot and I don’t know if my face is too sensitive to use the brushes everyday or if its a temporary side affect but I would appreciate some feedback on this.

I’m writing on behalf of Davis Facial Plastics. We just started implementing this brush in our patient care and we cannot believe the difference we’ve seen in our patients’ healing. Oftentimes, we see patients the day after surgery, the week after, and then three weeks after surgery. We typically expect swelling to last up to six months. However, our patients have been coming in at the three week mark with remarkable results. When we’ve asked them what they’ve been doing, they all have pointed to the brush. They’ve reported incorporating the brush in their nighttime routine and waking up to much less swelling than they experienced the day before. Even beyond the physical results, all have reported an increased sense of relaxation and appreciate the time they get to just sit and focus on themselves (the brush has been a motivator in this sense). This is truly amazing. It has helped to transform many of customers jawlines. The combo is the best deal. I use the body brush for the décolleté, neck, and jawline, and the head behind the ear. Then the small one for face. If you can’t get both, get at least the small one. Brilliant!!! Worthy product. EVERYONE should be doing this.
