Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If by any chance you’re not happy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, unused and in its original packaging). Please note: misfit Gua Sha Stones and the Lymphatic Brush (Facial/Body/Combo) are final sale items.
Exchange/Returns
To initiate a return or exchange an item contact customer service at info@cecilybraden.com with a detailed explanation of your concern, along with any applicable photos to support your claim. Once received, we’ll evaluate and reply within 72-hours. If approved, we’ll take the next steps to either replace, refund, schedule a return or issue a product credit.

Once approved, please send your item back to the address below. Once received and inspected, we’ll send a replacement or issue you a product credit or refund. If your return is found to be ineligible, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Charges | Non-Refundable Fees
Please note: initial shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns require pre-authorization and shipping charges are determined on a case-by-case basis. If approved for a return, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment less shipping charges and 3.49% non-refundable merchant fees for the refund amount. If approved for an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return/replacement item. We accept responsibility for shipping costs to return/replace defective items.
Refunds will appear on your original form of payment within 7-14 days of the return date. It varies based on your payment method and credit card company.
